This is a remote position to work from LATAM collaborating with US clients. We offer:
100% Remote Work
$20 USD per hour
Working only 40 hours per week

Resolve application functional and logical issues
Provide end-user support and guidance
Support incident lifecycle management
Collaborate with technical teams for resolution
Maintain service quality and response times
