Main responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences aligned with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) and the Nations Learning Ecosystem. Differentiate instruction using Universal Design for Learning (UDL) to support diverse learners. Implement, document, and continuously improve curriculum units using the Understanding by Design (UbD) framework and Toddle platform. Assess student learning through diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments, using data to inform instruction and provide meaningful feedback. Foster a safe, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment that promotes agency, belonging, and academic growth. Collaborate with colleagues, Learning Support specialists, and families to support student success. Integrate technology, AI tools, moral values, and global perspectives into teaching and learning.
Requirements: Pedagogy degree (Pedagogia). Fluency in English (Portuguese is desirable). Teaching experience, preferably in bilingual or international settings. Ability to work effectively with students from diverse cultural backgrounds. Experience with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) or willingness to undergo IB training. Strong curriculum planning, assessment, and classroom management skills. Ability to create engaging, rigorous, and inclusive learning experiences. Commitment to professional ethics, continuous growth, and working effectively within a diverse international community.

Principais responsabilidades: Planejar e conduzir experiências de aprendizagem baseadas em investigação, alinhadas ao Programa de Anos Iniciais do International Baccalaureate (IB PYP) e ao Ecossistema de Aprendizagem da Escola das Nações. Diferenciar a instrução utilizando os princípios do Universal Design for Learning (UDL), atendendo às necessidades de estudantes com diferentes perfis de aprendizagem. Implementar, documentar e aprimorar continuamente unidades curriculares utilizando a metodologia Understanding by Design (UbD). Avaliar a aprendizagem dos alunos por meio de avaliações diagnósticas, formativas e somativas, utilizando dados para orientar o ensino e fornecer feedback significativo. Promover um ambiente de sala de aula seguro, inclusivo e centrado no aluno, favorecendo autonomia, pertencimento e crescimento acadêmico. Colaborar com colegas, especialistas de Suporte à Aprendizagem e famílias para apoiar o sucesso dos estudantes. Integrar tecnologia, ferramentas de inteligência artificial, valores morais e perspectivas globais ao processo de ensino e aprendizagem.
Requisitos: Graduação em Pedagogia. Fluência em inglês (português é desejável). Experiência docente, preferencialmente em contextos bilíngues ou internacionais. Capacidade de trabalhar de forma eficaz com estudantes de diferentes origens culturais. Experiência com o Programa de Anos Iniciais do International Baccalaureate (IB PYP) ou disponibilidade para participar dos treinamentos. Sólidas habilidades de planejamento curricular, avaliação da aprendizagem e gestão de sala de aula. Capacidade de criar experiências de aprendizagem envolventes, desafiadoras e inclusivas. Compromisso com a ética profissional, o desenvolvimento contínuo e o trabalho colaborativo em uma comunidade internacional diversa.
