Wanted: Scrum Master SR

Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Scrum Master Sênior para atuar na liderança e evolução de times ágeis de desenvolvimento de software. Essa pessoa será responsável por garantir a aplicação consistente de práticas ágeis, apoiar o time na entrega de valor contínuo e atuar como agente de transformação, promovendo melhoria contínua, colaboração e alta performance. Responsabilidades:
Facilitar cerimônias ágeis (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective)
Atuar como servant leader, removendo impedimentos e apoiando o time
Promover a maturidade ágil dos times e da organização
Apoiar Product Owners na gestão de backlog e priorização
Garantir visibilidade e previsibilidade das entregas
Monitorar e evoluir métricas ágeis (lead time, throughput, velocity, etc.)
Atuar na identificação de riscos e antecipação de problemas
Estimular a cultura de melhoria contínua e aprendizado constante
Apoiar a integração entre múltiplos times quando necessário Requisitos:
Experiência sólida como Scrum Master em times de tecnologia
Conhecimento prático em frameworks ágeis (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe ou similares)
Experiência com ferramentas de gestão ágil (Gitlab, Jira, Azure DevOps ou similares)
Vivência com métricas ágeis e gestão orientada a dados
Conhecimento em práticas de desenvolvimento de software (DevOps, CI/CD, testes automatizados)
Habilidade em facilitação de reuniões e resolução de conflitos
Experiência com times distribuídos/remotos Diferenciais:
Certificações ágeis (CSM, PSM, SAFe, Kanban)
Experiência em ambientes com múltiplos times/squads
Vivência em transformação ágil organizacional
Conhecimento em práticas de inovação e melhoria de processos
Experiência em atuação próxima ao cliente/negócio Informações adicionais:
