Ativa BPO Empresarial busca um(a) SDR / Pré-Vendas B2B para atuar 100% remoto, focado(a) na prospecção e qualificação de novas oportunidades de negócio para uma consultoria de Recrutamento & Seleção. RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES:
- Prospectar ativamente empresas e identificar tomadores de decisão através de canais como LinkedIn, WhatsApp e e-mail.
- Realizar abordagens comerciais iniciais, apresentando a proposta de valor dos serviços de R&S e gestão empresarial.
- Desenvolver e manter um pipeline de leads qualificados, identificando empresas com necessidades de contratação.
- Realizar follow-ups estratégicos para nutrir leads e avançá-los no funil de vendas.
- Encaminhar oportunidades qualificadas para a diretoria comercial, fornecendo informações relevantes sobre o lead.
- Registrar e atualizar todas as interações, atividades e status dos leads no sistema de CRM.
REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES:
- Experiência comprovada ou forte familiaridade com prospecção B2B e geração de leads.
- Habilidade em comunicação verbal e escrita clara, concisa e persuasiva.
- Conhecimento prático em ferramentas de prospecção como LinkedIn Sales Navigator e familiaridade com sistemas de CRM.
- Capacidade de organização, disciplina e autogestão para gerenciar um volume de leads e follow-ups.
- Perfil proativo, resiliente, com alta capacidade de resiliência e foco em atingir e superar metas.
INFORMAÇÕES ADICIONAIS / DIFERENCIAIS:

- Acesso a base de leads para reativação e scripts/materiais de apoio comercial.
- Suporte com CRM e direcionamento estratégico.
- Ajuda de custo mensal de R$ 300,00.
- Comissão atrativa de 7% sobre contratos originados, fechados e recebidos.
- Bônus adicional de R$ 100,00 ao atingir R$ 5.000,00 em novos contratos recebidos no mês.
- Remuneração variável sem teto de ganhos, incentivando o alto desempenho.
- Diferencial: Experiência anterior como SDR, BDR, pré-vendas ou prospecção comercial de serviços.
