Product Manager IndustrialModelo de trabalho: Híbrido em Ribeirão Preto/SPContratação: PJBuscamos por um(a) Product Manager Industrial, para atuar de forma híbrida, que será responsável por liderar a estratégia, evolução e sustentação de produtos e soluções voltadas ao ambiente industrial, conectando áreas de negócio, operações, engenharia e tecnologia para promover eficiência, inovação e ganhos operacionais.Responsabilidades – Definir e conduzir a visão, estratégia e roadmap de produtos voltados à operação industrial. – Atuar junto às áreas de manufatura, PCP, logística, qualidade, engenharia e supply chain. – Liderar iniciativas relacionadas à gestão de materiais, produtos acabados e semiacabados. – Apoiar projetos de automação industrial, digitalização de processos e Indústria 4.0. – Traduzir necessidades operacionais em requisitos funcionais e técnicos. – Priorizar backlog com foco em geração de valor ao negócio. – Acompanhar KPIs industriais, produtividade e eficiência fabril. – Garantir integração entre sistemas industriais, ERP, MES, WMS e plataformas corporativas. – Conduzir cerimônias ágeis, alinhamento com stakeholders e governança executiva.Requisitos – Formação superior em Engenharia, Administração, Tecnologia, Produção ou áreas correlatas. – Experiência sólida como Product Manager em ambientes industriais. – Vivência com operações fabris, cadeia produtiva, materiais e processos industriais. – Conhecimento em automação industrial e transformação digital. – Experiência com metodologias ágeis, como Scrum, Kanban ou SAFe. – Conhecimento em ERP industrial, MES, WMS e sistemas de manufatura. – Capacidade analítica, visão estratégica e excelente comunicação com stakeholders.Diferenciais – Experiência com Indústria 4.0, IoT, SAP, Oracle, TOTVS ou plataformas industriais. – Vivência com rastreabilidade de produção, controle de estoque, Power BI, analytics e indicadores industriais. – Certificações em Product Management, Agile ou Scrum.
