Summary Position The Network Development Manager will be responsible for strengthening and expanding the dealership network in the automotive segment, ensuring strategic alignment with the organization's objectives. They will act as a link between the company and its business partners, promoting operational excellence and driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Network Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize dealership performance. Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with business partners, promoting collaboration and long-term results. Operational Performance: Monitor key indicators, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement action plans. Project Management: Lead structured network development initiatives, ensuring deadlines, quality, and efficiency. Strategic Alignment: Ensure that network actions are in line with organizational and market goals.

Requirements

Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years in dealership network management or similar roles in the automotive sector. PMP Certification: Desirable to ensure excellence in project management. Leadership skills: Ability to influence stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary teams. Strategic vision: Strong results orientation and long-term vision. Advanced English is mandatory;

Location and work-mode: 100% on-site (Rochaverá building - near Shopping Morumbi).
