Risk & Threat Coordinator - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This role will be responsible for building predictive models, dashboards, and actionable insights to anticipate and mitigate risks, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support company-wide decision-making. ●ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of the Safety team''s risk intelligence and analytical strategy. ●Build and maintain predictive analytics models, leveraging safety and operational data to anticipate risks. ●Design and manage dashboards, alert systems, and reporting tools to enable proactive decision-making. ●Develop and update dynamic risk maps, integrating geospatial and behavioral data for preventive actions. ●Collaborate with Operations, Product, Policy, and Legal teams to embed risk insights into strategies. ●Support crisis management efforts with real-time analytics and risk assessments. ●Promote a data-driven decision-making culture across the Safety organization. ●RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent. ●3+ years of experience in risk management, safety analytics, data intelligence, or related fields. ●Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. ●Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, etc. ●). ●Familiarity with predictive modeling, statistics, and risk assessment methodologies. ●Excellent communication skills to engage cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. ●Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment. ●Advanced English required; additional languages are a plus. ●Position HighlightsLead cutting-edge safety risk intelligence initiatives. ●Direct impact on strategic decision-making across Safety and Operations. ●Exposure to cross-regional data, analytics, and product strategy. ●.
