Your Role

As a Sales Director at D Prime, you will:

  • Drive Business Growth : Build and manage a high-value client portfolio, leveraging your industry expertise to uncover opportunities.
  • Lead and Inspire : Recruit, mentor, and guide a team of Business Development Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strategize for Success : Develop forward-thinking strategies that elevate sales performance and expand market presence.
  • Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with marketing to design impactful campaigns and optimize lead conversions.
  • Champion Data-Driven Excellence : Use analytics to refine sales processes and deliver measurable results.
