Descrição da vaga- Desdobramento dos diagnósticos de CX em planos de melhoria estruturados e implementação de soluções;
- Atuar como um membro do Brand Team, contribuindo para a construção da estratégia da marca e impacto na jornada do paciente;
- Contribuir para o desenvolvimento de iniciativas inovadoras, multicanais e centradas no paciente.
- Mapear processos, identificar oportunidades e liderar iniciativas de melhoria;
- Contribuir para melhorar a jornada do paciente com uma perspectiva crítica, fundamento analítico e foco nos resultados;
- Planejar e conduzir reuniões táticas e executivas, utilizando técnicas de facilitação para garantir o engajamento e a tomada de decisão;
- Conectar os indicadores de experiência com indicadores de negócio para evidenciar o valor das melhorias propostas;
- Realizar análise de dados e elaborar relatórios para apoiar a tomada de decisões;
Superior Completo em Marketing, Farmácia, Administração, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas;
Experiência com programas de apoio ao paciente e gestão da experiência do cliente (CX);
Habilidade na construção e condução de apresentações executivas;.
Forte capacidade analítica e domínio de métricas, processos e indicadores.
Vivência em ambientes altamente cross funcionais e estratégicos.
Inglês avançado
Diferencial
Especialização nas áreas de Customer Experience e Gestão de Projetos;
Experiência prévia com setor farmacêutico, Imunologia ou outras doenças complexas.
