The RoleWe're looking for a Graphic Designer to own the visual output of Excent Capital across every channel and market we operate in.You'll translate communication strategies into materials that are sharp, consistent, and built to last, from digital campaigns to institutional decks to social content.This is a role for someone with a strong visual eye, the discipline to maintain brand consistency across three languages, and the speed to keep up with a global operation that moves fast.
What You'll DoCreate graphic assets for digital and offline marketing campaigns, banners, ads, posts, webinars, e-books, and printed materialsDevelop institutional materials including corporate presentations, commercial decks, reports, and one-pagersProduce visual content for social media, aligned with brand identity and adapted per marketMaintain visual consistency across all materials, following brand guidelines without exceptionAdapt existing assets to new formats, campaigns, or languages, Portuguese, English, and SpanishOrganise and maintain the design file repository and template librarySupport the production of materials for corporate events, webinars, and internal initiatives
What We're Looking For3–5 years of proven experience in graphic designDegree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field (completed or in progress)Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Experience with editorial and corporate layout, presentations, reports, institutional documentsNative Portuguese and advanced English, both written and verbal;
will be evaluated during the processAbility to create clean, functional layouts that communicate clearly across formatsStrong attention to detail and a consistent visual standard across every deliverableOrganised, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Nice to haveSpanish proficiencyMotion design or video editing experienceFamiliarity with UX/UI and prototyping toolsExperience with e-mail marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, RD Station, or similar)
