Clojure Software Engineer

We are currently seeking a bilingual Clojure Software Engineer , with advanced English skills (B2+) for a full-time position. What You'll Do Spend at least 75% of your time coding Own the full application lifecycle following a DevOps mindset (from design to production). Design and build scalable solutions using microservices and distributed systems . Share knowledge and mentor team members, especially around Clojure and best practices. Improve engineering standards across the team (testing, CI/CD, version control, deployment). Support hiring efforts by participating in interviews as the team grows. What Makes You a Great Fit 5–7+ years of software development experience in complex environments. 3+ years working with distributed application architectures. Strong expertise in: Clojure (must-have) Linux-based development CI/CD pipelines SOA and RESTful APIs Proven ability to write clean, efficient, resilient, and maintainable code . Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with AWS or other IaaS platforms is a plus.
