We are looking for a

ServiceNow Business Analyst,

who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for ServiceNow projects. Evaluate current business processes to identify opportunities for enhancement and automation through ServiceNow. Partner with technical teams to design ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs and adhere to best practices. Assist in the configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules to align with business requirements. Develop test plans, conduct testing, and validate ServiceNow functionalities to ensure they meet business and technical objectives. Provide training and support to end users, ensuring effective utilization of ServiceNow applications and features. Maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements, process flows, configuration changes, and user guides. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Identify and recommend opportunities for enhancing ServiceNow functionalities and process efficiencies. Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of ServiceNow functionalities.

Mandatory Skills Advanced/Fluent English to host meetings with stakeholders from the USA. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with expertise in the ServiceNow platform. Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering high‑quality solutions. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage project timelines.

Desirable Skills Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization. PMI Agile Certified Practitioner or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO).
