Wanted: Solutions Architect

Job Title: IBP Technical Lead – Solution Architect & Platform Enablement LATAM - Remote Role Overview This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for driving technical direction across IBP transformation, with a focus on the o9 platform, data ecosystems, and AI-enabled forecasting workflows. The IBP Technical Lead acts as a cross-functional technical advisor, working across delivery PODs to ensure scalable architecture, consistent design patterns, and high-quality execution. This role is less about individual development and more about elevating delivery across teams—reducing rework, improving platform adoption, and enabling a sustainable operating model.

Must-Have Requirements 10+ years of experience in

solution architecture, enterprise platforms, data engineering, or analytics delivery Strong hands-on experience with

o9 Solutions

(or comparable planning platforms such as Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or Anaplan) Proven expertise in

enterprise data engineering , including: Data pipelines & integration design Data quality & validation frameworks Data lineage and governance Experience working in

large-scale enterprise transformation programs

or managed services environments Familiarity with

Azure data services

and modern integration patterns Ability to

review technical designs , identify risks (performance, scalability, technical debt), and provide actionable guidance Experience defining and enforcing

architecture standards, guardrails, and reusable patterns Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications Deep experience specifically with

o9 platform architecture, configuration, and release management Exposure to

AI/ML-driven forecasting and scenario planning workflows Experience supporting

IBP (Integrated Business Planning)

initiatives in CPG or supply chain environments Background creating

runbooks, reference architectures, and implementation playbooks Familiarity with

Agile POD-based delivery models Experience bridging

data engineering, analytics, and business planning workflows Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing practices that improve team self-sufficiency

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Provide

architectural guidance

across o9 and related planning, data, and analytics solutions Review solution designs to identify

scalability issues, risks, and non-standard approaches Define and promote

standardized design patterns, integration frameworks, and guardrails Partner with POD teams to improve

consistency, delivery quality, and platform adoption Support

technical issue resolution and escalations

that span multiple teams Guide teams on

data pipeline design , validation, and integration within Azure environments Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to ensure

forecasting workflows are scalable and operationally sound Develop and maintain

runbooks, design guidance, and reusable assets Identify cross-team dependencies and proactively mitigate

delivery risks Partner with stakeholders to align

technical execution with roadmap priorities and governance standards
