Work model: 100% remote Key Responsibilities You will act as a strategic remote support professional for our clients in the United States, focusing on operational efficiency, service excellence, and commercial support. Responsibilities include: Executive and Administrative Support Managing calendars, meetings, and appointments
Handling corporate emails and preparing executive reports
Supporting administrative routines International Recruitment Sourcing and screening candidates for U.S.-based roles
Conducting cold calls, interviews, and follow-ups
Scheduling interviews and onboarding processes
Updating and maintaining databases Commercial Support
Prospecting and qualifying leads
Conducting market research and interacting via CRM, email, and LinkedIn
Assisting with sales reports and forecasts Customer Experience (CX)
Providing support via phone, email, and chat
Efficiently resolving customer requests
Collecting feedback and supporting retention strategies Project Management (PMO)
Assisting with timelines, meetings, and task delegation
Updating documents and tracking deliverables
Supporting social media, content creation, and data entry Accounts Receivable (Finance)
Issuing and sending invoices
Monitoring payments and tracking outstanding balances
