Como Customer Care Jr , você será responsável pelo relacionamento com clientes, acompanhamento de indicadores, resolução de demandas e identificação de oportunidades para fortalecer a satisfação, retenção e fidelização.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições:
- Relacionamento e gestão de carteira de clientes
- Acompanhamento de indicadores de atendimento e satisfação
- Identificação de oportunidades de up selling e cross selling
- Atuar de forma proativa na retenção e fidelização de clientes
- Realizar follow-ups com clientes, garantindo a resolução de demandas
- Registrar interações e informações no sistema, mantendo dados atualizados
- Experiência prévia com relacionamento e atendimento ao cliente;
- Boa comunicação verbal e escrita
- Organização e capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas demandas
- Conhecimento básico em indicadores de atendimento e/ou experiência do cliente (SLA, NPS, etc.)
- Facilidade para uso de sistemas, CRM e ferramentas digitais
