Responsabilidades e atribuições
Responder o cliente no grupo Montar o Ropre check-in Apresenta o check-in (PPT) Participar dos check-ins Lançar tarefas no sistema (Clickup) Criar planejamento com informações do Tráfego, designer e head Anotar informações do kick-off Analisar os resultados compilados Criar relatórios Atendimento diário Ajudar nas estratégias junto com o head Montar drawflow Atualizar atividades semanais na ferramenta (Clickup) Verificar atividades realizadas no Clickup Criar projeto no Clickup Gravar a reunião Anotar as considerações dos clientes Subir video no youtube Treinamento de CRM Criar funis de CRM Entender as necessidades do cliente Acompanhamento dos leads (juntamente com o head e o gestor) Montar DRE Receber as informações de todas as áreas para saber que está sendo feito para cada cliente do squadTreinamento de CRM, GMN, Comercial, Produção de conteúdo Criar funis de CRM Entender as necessidades do cliente Otimização/Atualização do Google Meu negócioSugerir Teste A/B landing pages FAZ O ENVIO de criativos, LP e copy para aprovaçãoRequisitos e qualificações
Experiência: Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente, gestão de projetos ou áreas relacionadas. Experiência: Experiência prévia com Infoprodutos. Comunicação: Excelente comunicação oral e escrita, capacidade de se expressar de forma clara e concisa, tanto com clientes quanto com a equipe interna. Organização: Habilidade em gerenciar múltiplas tarefas, prazos e prioridades, mantendo a organização e o foco. Proatividade: Iniciativa para identificar oportunidades de melhoria, propor soluções e implementar ações. Relacionamento Interpessoal: Capacidade de construir e manter relacionamentos positivos com clientes e colegas de trabalho. Conhecimento em Marketing Digital: Noções básicas sobre marketing digital, incluindo tráfego pago, SEO, mídias sociais e e-mail marketing. Familiaridade com Ferramentas: Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão de projetos (Clickup), CRM, Google Meu Negócio e pacote Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
