Recruiter Assistant

with strong English skills to support high-volume recruiting operations.

R$3,500 100% remote , working directly with U.S. recruiting teams Monday to Friday,

Your Responsibilities Support sourcing and pre-qualification of candidates for U.S. clients Conduct initial screenings via calls, emails, and messages Maintain updated databases (ATS and job boards) Draft and update job descriptions and candidate profiles Source talent through job boards and resume databases Manage calendars and candidate–recruiter communication flow Assist with administrative recruitment tasks

What We’re Looking For Advanced English (C1)

— strong written and spoken communication 3+

months of experience in recruitment Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented, proactive, and delivery-focused Comfortable in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have Previous experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Familiarity with

LinkedIn Recruiter, Dynamics, or other ATS Experience in high-volume recruiting environments

Technical Requirements Two monitors Laptop with

i5/i7 (or equivalent) + 12GB RAM High-speed internet Headset with microphone Quiet home office
