Contrato: CLT
Modelo: 100% remoto
Localização: Todo o Brasil; preferência por profissionais de SC e SP
Jornada: Segunda a sexta, das 09h00 às 18h48, com 1 hora de intervalo 44h semanais
Reporte: Diretoria Comercial e Marketing
O DESAFIO
Conduzir uma jornada comercial consultiva para vinhos, hospedagens, experiências e eventos, acolhendo clientes com agilidade e atenção aos detalhes, recuperando oportunidades e contribuindo diretamente para as metas do grupo.
PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES
Realizar atendimento consultivo por WhatsApp, telefone, CRM e e-mail.
Apresentar e vender vinhos, hospedagens, experiências e eventos de acordo com o perfil e a necessidade de cada cliente.
Conduzir follow-ups com consistência e recuperar oportunidades comerciais.
Realizar pós-venda e fortalecer o relacionamento com os clientes.
Manter o CRM atualizado, com registros completos e confiáveis.
Acompanhar metas, indicadores e evolução do funil comercial.
REQUISITOS INDISPENSÁVEIS
Experiência mínima de 2 anos em Inside Sales, vendas consultivas ou atendimento premium.
Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita.
Organização, disciplina e maturidade para atuar com autonomia no trabalho remoto.
Perfil comercial consultivo, com foco em relacionamento e conversão.
Facilidade com CRM, ferramentas digitais e recursos de IA no dia a dia.
DIFERENCIAIS QUE VALORIZAMOS
Experiência nos segmentos de vinhos, hotelaria, turismo, gastronomia ou mercado de luxo.
Conhecimento do universo de experiências premium e do comportamento do consumidor de alto padrão.
