Sales Development Representative (SDR/LDR) Pleno

Somos uma consultoria de headhunting boutique especializada em perfis Geek, para startups e empresas em crescimento no Brasil e no Exterior. Entregamos perfis qualificados em até 7 dias, com testes aplicados – recorde de mercado.
Buscamos a primeira pessoa de pré-vendas do time: um(a) SDR/LDR que vá atrás de startups que estão contratando, qualifique e agende reuniões. Trabalho 100% remoto.
✨ O que você vai fazer
- Mapear startups que estão contratando (vagas abertas, rodadas de investimento, novos líderes).
- Prospectar decisores pelo LinkedIn com abordagem personalizada e cadências de follow-up.
- Encontrar e-mails de decisores, via Apollo ou outra ferramenta e complementar a abordagem por e-mail e/ou telefone.
- Qualificar leads e agendar reuniões.
- Registrar todas as interações na planilha comercial (Google Sheets) e manter o funil atualizado.
- Reportar semanalmente abordagens, respostas e reuniões realizadas.
- Experiência comprovada como SDR e LDR em vendas B2B, com prospecção ativa (outbound).
- Domínio de LinkedIn para prospecção: pesquisa de decisores, conexão, mensagens e cadências.
- Experiência com Apollo para busca e enriquecimento de contatos.
- Domínio de Google Sheets para organizar funil, cadências e indicadores (filtros, validação de dados, fórmulas básicas).
- Escrita clara e persuasiva em português.
- Disciplina para trabalhar remoto com metas e rotina próprias.
- CNPJ ativo ou disponibilidade para abrir.

- Vivência com vendas de ciclo longo ou modelo de pagamento no sucesso.
