Tech Lead

About the Role:

In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming high-level architecture into detailed technical designs, ensuring clear communication and understanding within the team. You will oversee the code repository structure and branching strategies, and perform rigorous code reviews to maintain high coding standards. This position involves hands-on development of essential UI and backend components using a robust tech stack, including JavaScript, NodeJS, and NextJS, alongside technologies such as REST, GraphQL, SQL (MySQL), and NoSQL databases like DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, and Redis. Additionally, your expertise will encompass cloud-native application development, containerization and orchestration, headless commerce, and the AWS ecosystem. Strong communication skills are crucial, as you will collaborate closely with the team and manage technical discussions with vendors. How You Will Make an Impact: Create low-level technical designs based on high-level architecture. Ensure the team thoroughly understands these low-level designs. Determine and manage the code repository structure and branching strategies. Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality coding standards. Develop critical UI and backend components based on specific requirements. Who We Are Looking For: 6+ years of hands-on development experience. Proven experience as a tech lead. Proficiency in JavaScript. Excellent hands-on knowledge of:NodeJS, NextJSREST and GraphQLDeveloping cloud-native applicationsDesign patternsSQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis) databasesContainers and container orchestrationHeadless commerce Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent understanding of the AWS ecosystem. Exceptional communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Experience managing conversations with vendors.
