Ocm (Organisational Change Management) Lead - Detalhes da Vaga. ● The OCM Lead will be accountable for the timely and high-quality execution of the OCM methodology and deliverables, ensuring activities remain aligned to the overall programme roadmap. ● The role will work closely with country teams, the Americas Regional OCM team and the Global OCM team. ●Key ResponsibilitiesLead OCM delivery across the ACC region, with a strong focus on Brazil. ●Ensure the timely and quality execution of OCM methodology and deliverables. ●Develop and maintain the OCM plan, aligned with programme timelines and key milestones. ●Provide weekly status updates on OCM deliverables and progress against the roadmap. ●. ●Support individual countries in identifying and mitigating local change risks. ●Work closely with the Regional OCM team and Global OCM team to ensure alignment and consistency. ●Experience & SkillsExperience in change management, organisational change and/or business transformation. ●Proven experience leading OCM activities within an ERP implementation or transformation programme. ●Strong experience developing and managing OCM plans, deliverables and risks. ●Experience working within regional and global transformation programmes. ●Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. ●Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced programme environment. ●.
