Senior Agile Lead

Buscamos um Senior Agile Lead para atuar em iniciativas estratégicas, garantindo a entrega eficiente de produtos do projeto, com forte atuação em metodologias ágeis e governança de portfólio. Este profissional será responsável por facilitar times ágeis, assegurar a execução de roadmap de produtos e coordenar iniciativas complexas, promovendo alinhamento entre áreas de negócio, tecnologia e stakeholders.
Requisitos:Scrum Master / Agile
- Atuar como Scrum Master de squads, garantindo a correta aplicação de práticas ágeis (Scrum/Kanban)
- Facilitar cerimônias ágeis (planning, daily, review, retrospective)
- Remover impedimentos e apoiar o time na melhoria contínua
- Promover cultura ágil e mindset de alta performance
- Acompanhar métricas de delivery (velocity, lead time, throughput)
- Gerenciar cronogramas, riscos e dependências
- Consolidar e apresentar status reports executivos
- Assegurar governança de portfólio e aderênce a processos
- Coordenar iniciativas cross-team e multi-geografia
Product / Delivery
- Apoiar Product Owners na definição e priorização do backlog
- Garantir a execução do roadmap de produtos
Requisitos obrigatórios
- Experiência sólida como Scrum Master, Agile Lead ou Delivery Manager
- Forte experiência com metodologias ágeis ( Scrum, Kanban, SAFe é um diferencial)
- Experiência em gestão de projetos ( PMO ) em ambientes complexos
- Habilidade em gestão de stakeholders e comunicação executiva
- Experiência com a ferramenta Azure DevOps
- Certificações ágeis
- Inglês avançado/fluente (obrigatório)
