This is a contract, remote role for Rubber Engineers specializing in the tire industry. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and testing tire rubber formulations, ensuring quality and performance standards, analyzing raw materials, and modifying processes to meet client requirements. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance and manufacturing efficiency.
Qualifications- Expertise in Rubber Engineering, Polymer Science, and Material Development
- Strong knowledge of tire rubber formulations and testing methodologies
- Experience in technical analysis and process optimization
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and equipment for rubber testing and development
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Polymer Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the tire or rubber industry is highly preferred
