Accounting Analyst

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our Brazil finance team in Blumenau. This is a high-impact role where you’ll gain hands-on exposure across the full accounting cycle while helping strengthen financial processes and reporting. You’ll work closely with global stakeholders and play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Manage core accounting operations, including:
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Billing processes
• Support and execute monthly close activities
• Prepare and deliver financial reports to global stakeholders
• Partner with external accounting providers to support local compliance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams across the business
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and reporting accuracy

What You Bring

Required Experience

• Experience in accounting roles with exposure to:
• AP / AR / Billing
• Monthly close processes
• Knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP principles
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365

Language Skills

• Portuguese: Fluent
• English: Conversational (able to participate in meetings and communicate with global teams)
