Accounting Analyst

We're looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our Business Administration Team, position is located in Santos - SP.

The ideal candidate must be analytical and detail-oriented , with strong accounting and financial analysis skills, ensuring accurate reporting, balance sheet control, and effective support for closing and audit processes.

In This Role You Will:

Analyze and follow up on outstanding balance sheet items, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate accounting treatment.

Support the analysis of accounting and financial data, identifying trends, inconsistencies, and potential impacts on the local result.

Review and monitor local results against budget/forecast, identifying and explaining significant variances.

Support the monthly closing process, including review of accounting entries, accruals, and provisions

Support the preparation and analysis of management reports and financial information.

Support internal and external audits by providing financial information, reconciliations, and supporting documentation

Provide fixed assets support, including physical inventory validation

Support and contribute to the SPED Contábil process

Identify opportunities to improve accounting and reporting processes, including automation and enhancement of existing reports and controls.

What You’ll Need:

Solid experience in local accounting and taxes, preferably in a multinational environment

Agility skills and detail oriented

Positive and proactive attitude

Able to work well with others and follow guidelines.

Proficiency in Excel

Receptive and be able to grasp new ideas and motivate one’s self for personal development
