Key Responsibilities: Architecture & Development:

Lead the design and implementation of highly scalable, distributed, and low-latency financial systems using C# and modern .NET Core. Performance Optimization:

Benchmark, profile, and tune memory management, GC allocation, thread utilization, and heavy SQL workflows to ensure real-time transaction speeds. Front-End Integration:

Collaborate with front-office stakeholders to deliver responsive, data-heavy web interfaces using Angular. Technical Leadership:

Champion clean code architectures, SOLID design principles, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) workflows across a small team of engineers. Domain Integration:

Work closely with Risk Managers and Quants to turn complex business requirements (e.g., real-time pricing, scenario modeling) into high-throughput software.

Required Qualifications: Experience:

Minimum 5 years of professional backend development experience,

ideally within the Hedge Fund, Asset Management, or Fintech/Financial Services industries

. Engineering Excellence:

Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID design principles, and Clean/Hexagonal Architecture patterns. Communication:

Exceptional English communication skills with the ability to bridge technical jargon with front-office financial requirements.

Proven hands-on experience building low-latency, high-performance, and scalable distributed architectures. System Diagnostics:

High proficiency in memory management, garbage collection (GC) tuning, performance profiling, and SQL query optimization.

Direct familiarity with financial instruments (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives). Risk Engine Exposure:
