Sales Operations / Business Support Analyst
to support our
SMB sales team
, ensuring operational excellence, data-driven insights, and strong client relationship management.This role will play a key part in supporting commercial operations and enabling the sales team to achieve their targets while improving overall efficiency and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the
SMB Sales team
in achieving sales targets through operational and analytical assistanceFollow up on client needs, organizing financial reconciliation data, tracking customer service tickets, and preparing monthly/quarterly reportsHandle client issues and complaints in a timely manner, ensuring strong relationship managementAssist with
market research and competitive analysis
in Brazil to support sales strategyPrepare business reports and performance analyses to support decision-makingSupport the planning and execution of sales incentives, campaigns, and team initiativesAssist with administrative tasks such as expense tracking, asset management, and procurementContribute to a positive team environment and support internal team activitiesRequirementsBasic QualificationsAt least
1 year of experience
in Sales Operations, Business Support, Operations, or Project ManagementStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with business teamsAnalytical mindset with strong execution and problem-solving skillsFluent in
English and Portuguese
(both written and verbal)Preferred QualificationsExperience working with Brazilian clients or projects in the Brazilian marketExperience in bilingual environments or translationBackground in
