We are looking for a highly skilled

Senior BI & Data Analyst

to drive data‑driven insights, support strategic decision‑making, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across business and technology.

In this role you will: Analyze complex datasets to generate

actionable insights

and support strategic decisions. Develop analytical solutions to track

KPIs and performance metrics

. Perform

deep‑dive analysis

to solve business challenges. Map

business processes

and align data solutions with operations. Gather requirements and lead

stakeholder workshops

. Lead

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

and support business users. Create

business flow diagrams

and

data flow diagrams

. Perform

data profiling, mining, and validation

. Deliver

ad‑hoc analysis

and present insights clearly. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and drive

data‑driven decision making

.

We have some requirements: Strong experience in

SQL, Data Analysis, Data Mining, and Data Validation

. Experience with

BI & Data Visualization tools

: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or MicroStrategy. Solid understanding of

KPIs, performance metrics, and analytics frameworks

. Experience with

UAT, user stories, and Agile methodologies

. Strong

stakeholder management and communication skills

. Ability to translate business needs into

analytical solutions

. Advanced or fluent English. Master’s degree (MBA, Information Systems, Computer Science). Experience in

Life Sciences or Biotechnology

. Experience leading

workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions

. Ability to provide

strategic recommendations based on data insights

. Experience working with

cross‑functional teams

(engineering, product, business).
