Production Support Specialist - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Our mission is to entertain the world, and we strive to create a culture of inclusion and innovation. ● About the Role The role involves providing operational support for the Post Services / Post-Production Facilities team, ensuring the continuity of 24/7 services while collaborating with various internal teams. ● Responsibilities Provide operational support for the Post Services / Post-Production Facilities team. ● Support PMS operations and ensure continuity of 24/7 services. ● Work closely with internal Netflix teams and manage internal communications. ● Coordinate and respond to operational needs, issues, and requests. ● Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. ● Collaborate with teams across different regions and time zones. ● Qualifications 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in post-production, media operations, or a similar environment. ● Experience working with post-production facilities or operational teams. ● Required Skills Strong communication and coordination skills. ● Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. ● Comfortable working with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams. ● Flexibility to work within a 24/7 operational environment. ● Preferred Skills Experience in a similar operational role. ● Familiarity with post-production processes. ● Pay range and compensation package Pay Rate: Approximately R$13,000/month .
