Crypto Operations Specialist - Detalhes da Vaga. ● We handle hiring for partners who need people with real technical experience, not just a matching keyword on a CV. ● This role is open at one of our partner companies, a digital asset business with a distributed team, and we are running the search and the first stages of the process. ●About the roleOur partner is looking for a Crypto Operations Specialist to own their daily crypto operations. ● You will be the person responsible for making sure funds move correctly, safely and on time. ●What you will do- Handle incoming and outgoing crypto transfers, conversions between assets, and movement of funds between wallets and exchange accounts. ●- Work with non-custodial wallets (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Safe, hardware wallets) across several networks, including Ethereum, Tron, BNB Chain, Solana, Polygon and Arbitrum. ●- Manage company accounts on major exchanges: deposits and withdrawals, spot conversions, withdrawal limits, address whitelisting, account verification and support tickets. ●- Choose the right network for each transfer, check fees before sending, and run test transactions before larger amounts go out. ●- Monitor transactions through block explorers, confirm settlements, and investigate transfers that are delayed, stuck or failed. ●- Keep accurate records of every operation, reconcile wallet and exchange balances daily, and prepare regular reports for the finance team. ●- Follow and improve internal security procedures: seed phrase and key handling, hardware wallet use, two-factor authentication, access rights, separation of hot and cold storage. ●- Review operations for anything unusual, follow AML and KYC procedures, and escalate anything that looks wrong before it becomes a problem. ●- Work closely with finance, product and support. ● You will be the person other teams come to with questions about crypto payments, so clear communication matters here. ●- Help document the process. ● The company wants procedures written down, not kept in someone''s head. ●What we are looking for- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in crypto. ● This is not a role for someone who has only traded on the side. ●- Real practical experience with non-custodial wallets. ● You should be comfortable managing keys, setting up multisig, connecting to different networks and recovering access when something goes wrong. ●- Experience working with centralized exchanges, including withdrawals, deposits, verification and limits. ●- Solid understanding of crypto asset security and common attack methods: phishing, fake sites, address poisoning, malicious contract approvals. ●- Strong attention to detail. ● A wrong network or one wrong character in an address is money gone, and we need someone who checks twice by habit. ●- Ability to work independently, keep your own records in order and report clearly on what you did. ●- Working level of English for internal communication and exchange support. ●- Stable internet connection and your own computer. ●Nice to have- Experience with DeFi protocols, bridges and stablecoin flows. ●- Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools such as Chainalysis or similar. ●- Previous work in fintech, payments or an exchange. ●- Confident with spreadsheets and basic reporting. ●What the role offers- Salary: $240,000 $270,000 per year- Paid vacation- Full medical insurance- Remote work with flexible hours, as long as key operations are covered- Equipment and hardware wallets covered by the company- Budget for professional courses and certifications- Small team, direct communication, no long approval chains.
