AI Engineer

Buscamos um(a) AI Engineer para atuar no coração do Sankhya RH, sendo a ponte de integração entre as soluções da nossa Unidade de Negócios (Pontotel, Mindsight, Vixting, Sankhya LMS, Benefícios e Folha). Aqui, você não vai apenas trabalhar com modelagem tradicional. Você vai construir o futuro do nosso produto, criando agentes de IA que substituirão telas estáticas por interfaces dinâmicas e conversacionais. Neste papel, cada integração importa: você atuará diretamente na criação de agentes usando o protocolo MCP e Python, conectando serviços e garantindo acesso ágil a dados. Trabalhará lado a lado com os times de engenharia, produto e a equipe de plataforma core da Sankhya, contribuindo desde o planejamento do nosso Data Lake até a transformação de protótipos de IA em produtos escaláveis Se você gosta de autonomia e desafios complexos, tem forte capacidade de execução, é curioso(a) pelas últimas tendências de Inteligência Artificial e quer construir soluções inovadoras, vem com a gente!
