# The Title:HR Manager
# Location: Brazil, Camaçari
## Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day HR operations, covering recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, training, and HR administration.
* Develop workforce plans based on production requirements and business needs, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and labor cost control.
* Lead recruitment for key management, technical, and professional positions within the plant.
* Develop and implement training and development programs for employees and managers.
* Establish practical performance management processes aligned with business and production objectives.
* Manage compensation and benefits in compliance with CCT and local market practices.
* Monitor payroll-related matters, statutory benefits, labor costs, and HR budgets in cooperation with relevant functions.
* Maintain regular communication with local labor unions and participate in **collective bargaining and CCT negotiations**.
* Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary matters, terminations, and labor disputes.
* Identify potential labor risks and work with management to resolve issues in a timely and compliant manner.
* Develop and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and processes for the plant.
* Prepare and analyze HR reports covering headcount, turnover, labor costs, absenteeism, and other key HR indicators.
* Support plant management on organizational development, workforce optimization, and other people-related matters.
## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or above in **Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field**.
* **8+ years of HR experience**, preferably in large-scale manufacturing or industrial companies.
* At least **3 years of experience managing HR operations in Brazil** or a similar international manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of **Brazilian labor law CLT/CCT, employee benefits, and labor compliance**.
* Hands-on experience with **labor unions, collective bargaining, and employee relations** in Brazil.
* Experience managing recruitment for management and technical positions in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong understanding of workforce planning, compensation, benefits, and labor cost management.
* Good communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently and effectively with both local employees and international management.
*Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
