Estamos em busca de uma pessoa AI Engineer Pleno (Python) para atuar na construção da camada de IA da Makasí. Esta é uma posição remota, em tempo integral, com foco em conectar LLMs ao Data Warehouse e habilitar a criação de agentes para diferentes produtos da empresa, como fluxo de caixa, planejamento de obras e performance financeira.
Você fará parte de uma fintech focada em financiamento de obras, contribuindo diretamente para o desenvolvimento de soluções que conectam inteligência artificial, dados e aplicações de negócio em um ambiente técnico, colaborativo e orientado à construção de produtos escaláveis.
Responsabilidades- Atuar de forma hands-on na construção de serviços back-end em Python, com foco principal em FastAPI.
- Construir e manter a camada de integração entre LLMs e o Data Warehouse.
- Definir e implementar padrões de integração com LLMs, incluindo RAG, tools e contextos.
- Garantir segurança, controle de acesso e uso responsável de IA, com aplicação de guardrails.
- Integrar soluções com bancos de dados PostgreSQL e serviços externos.
- Escrever testes, participar de code reviews e manter a documentação técnica atualizada.
- Apoiar tecnicamente desenvolvedores mais juniores.
- Experiência de 2+ anos em desenvolvimento back-end com Python.
- Experiência prática com FastAPI e construção de APIs seguras.
- Experiência com LLMs em produção, RAG e embeddings.
- Familiaridade com boas práticas de desenvolvimento, incluindo Git, testes com pytest e clean code.
- Boa comunicação e colaboração com times de Produto e Dados.
- Conhecimento em arquitetura de agentes ou sistemas baseados em IA.
- Conhecimento em LangChain.
- Noções de segurança em APIs, incluindo OAuth2/JWT e LGPD.
- Experiência com observabilidade e controle de custos.
