This is an opportunity designed for recent graduates who want to build a career at the intersection of marketing, data, technology and sales. The role supports growth initiatives focused on generating qualified B2C or B2B leads through inbound and outbound strategies. You will work with CRM platforms, marketing automation, databases, email campaigns and lead-nurturing workflows. The position combines campaign execution with data analysis, audience segmentation and continuous performance optimization. Depending on the team, you will focus either on inbound acquisition or outbound campaigns, including persuasive copy and email automation. You will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams in a remote, learning-oriented environment. The role offers hands-on exposure to growth marketing while providing opportunities to develop technical, analytical and communication skills. Accountabilities - Develop and implement inbound marketing strategies focused on generating qualified B2C leads for the acquisition team. - Develop and execute outbound marketing strategies focused on generating B2B leads, particularly through email marketing and automation. - Create, configure and optimize CRM workflows, email sequences, lead-nurturing flows and other lead-generation initiatives. - Create clear and persuasive copy for outbound campaigns, email sequences, CTAs and other conversion-focused materials. - Manage and optimize campaigns using CRM and marketing automation tools. - Analyze and segment databases to ensure campaigns reach relevant audiences with strong conversion potential. - Monitor campaign performance and use data, KPIs and feedback from the acquisition team to identify opportunities for improvement. - Maintain a consistent flow of qualified leads for sales and acquisition teams. - Support the creation and maintenance of relevant, accurate and up-to-date email lists within CRM systems. - Stay informed about B2B marketing, copywriting, automation and technology trends and incorporate relevant techniques and tools into campaigns. Requirements - Completed degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Publicity or a related field. - Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise and engaging content. - Knowledge of CRM platforms and/or marketing automation tools.

- Analytical skills and the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets using Excel or Google Sheets. - Reading proficiency in English. - Ability and willingness to learn new software and digital tools quickly. - Interest in and ability to collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams. - Familiarity with lead-generation strategies is desirable. - Knowledge of copywriting techniques and psychological triggers applied to emails and CTAs is desirable. - Familiarity with A/B testing for campaign optimization is a plus. - Experience creating reports or dashboards with Google Looker Studio is desirable. - Understanding of campaign performance metrics and KPIs is a plus. - Experience building and maintaining relevant email lists in CRM systems is desirable. - Experience planning, implementing and evaluating conversion-focused email marketing campaigns is a plus. - Experience creating engaging and persuasive advertising content is desirable.
