Sales Manager (Brazil)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our regional sales operations. This role is ideal for a strategic sales leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, driving revenue growth, and expanding profitable client portfolios in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive solution-based sales and account management across designated territories
Develop, execute, and own annual sales plans aligned with company revenue and growth targets
Build, maintain, and grow profitable client portfolios in line with the company's strategy
Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline updates, and reporting via CRM
Monitor sales performance, manage sales conversion, and consistently drive revenue growth
Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor sales teams to achieve and exceed targets
Represent the company at industry events
Build strong client relationships to enhance retention and lifetime value
Continuously assess sales effectiveness, costs, and results to optimize performance
What You Bring:
Proven experience in senior Sales role within Forex, CFDs, or Financial Services
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating sales teams
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
Experience managing CRM systems, forecasting, and sales analytics
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Willingness to travel for sales events and client meetings when required
