Executivo de Vendas - Receita Recorrente | São Paulo - SP (100% Presencial) Jardim Paulista - Estação Trianon-MASP (Linha Verde) Regime: CLT Departamento: Receita Recorrente Principais Responsabilidades ● Prospecção Ativa: Buscar novas oportunidades de vendas B2B em empresas, instituições privadas e públicas, identificando e qualificando leads de alta qualidade. ● Vendas Consultivas: Conduzir reuniões estratégicas e apresentações dos produtos, demonstrando o valor e impacto do Poder Drive e Poder Monitor para tomadores de decisão. ● Gestão de Pipeline: Utilizar o CRM HubSpot para gerenciar oportunidades, garantir previsibilidade no ciclo de vendas e manter o fluxo de novos negócios. ● Negociação e Fechamento: Estruturar propostas comerciais, negociar com decisores e fechar contratos. ● Relacionamento Corporativo: Desenvolver e manter parcerias de longo prazo com empresas, instituições privadas e do setor público, expandindo o uso dos produtos e identificando novas oportunidades de negócios. ● Análise de Mercado e Concorrência: Acompanhar as tendências do setor e gerar insights para posicionamento estratégico da plataforma. ● Colaboração Interfuncional: Trabalhar em conjunto com as equipes de Customer Success, Produto e Inovação para garantir a entrega de valor aos clientes e maximizar a experiência do usuário. Experiência Desejada ● 2 anos de experiência em vendas B2B consultivas, preferencialmente com produtos digitais ou SaaS (assinaturas, licenciamento, plataformas e etc). ● Experiência comprovada com vendas de receita recorrente (assinaturas, contratos de longo prazo). ● Domínio do CRM HubSpot ou similar, com habilidade para gerenciar pipeline e realizar forecast de vendas. ● Histórico comprovado de superação de metas em ambientes de vendas competitivos. Competências Técnicas ● Metodologias de vendas consultivas (SPIN, BANT) ● Análise de métricas de vendas (CAC, LTV, Churn) ● Demonstração de produtos e criação de propostas comerciais personalizadas. ● Familiaridade com ferramentas de prospecção e vendas (Sales Navigator, Lusha) Competências Comportamentais ● Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita para interações com C-level e tomadores de decisão. ● Habilidades avançadas de negociação com foco na construção de relacionamentos estratégicos. ● Capacidade de se manter atualizado por meio da leitura constante de diferentes canais de comunicação (notícias, relatórios e tendências) sobre o mercado corporativo, político e econômico, com foco em identificar novos insights e oportunidades para o cliente. ● Resiliência e persistência em ciclos de vendas longas e complexas. Diferenciais ● Experiência no mercado de mídia, jornalismo ou informação corporativa. ● Conhecimento do ecossistema político e econômico brasileiro. ● Network estabelecido em grandes corporações. ● Experiência com vendas para governo ou setor público. ● Inglês avançado para eventual expansão internacional.
