The Buyer Product Cost is responsible for leading Product Cost Optimization (PCO) initiatives driving the lifecycle of cost reduction activities – from business case approval to implementation – ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

The PCO collaborates with cross-functional teams while establishing strong stakeholder relationships to ensure the best-in class execution of category priorities. Your Impact

• Work closely with category teams to conduct PCO projects, contributing to long-term sourcing strategies.

• Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables for cost reduction projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Update CAPEX/ Project Expenses during budget and its reviews related to specific categories.

• Conduct team meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes and projects are on track.

• Ensure all cost reduction activities are properly documented in existing systems and comply with internal policies and processes. Your Experience and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related business field.

Required a minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or project management.

Intermediate in English (both written and verbal)

Good MS Excel skills and general IT literacy

Good project management, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results.

Ability to work in a cross-functional and multicultural environment, collaborating with stakeholders from different departments and regions across the globe.
