Market Manager é o papel central do motor comercial de hotelaria da Decolar no Brasil. É o papel que opera o 1:1 nas contas que movem a agulha de verdade. Você decide, no dia a dia, onde a empresa coloca peso comercial na sua região.
A régua do papel é clara: ser trusted advisor dos hotéis da sua carteira. O parceiro te procura antes de decidir preço, investimento em mídia, estratégia de inventário ou posicionamento para a temporada. Essa confiança não vem por acaso. Vem de leitura de mercado consistente, recomendação que bate meta e execução que aparece no resultado do hotel.
A carteira é composta por hotéis de maior impacto da região, de diferentes portes. Cada um exige um tipo de conversa, mas todos esperam o mesmo tipo de interlocutor: alguém que entende o negócio do hotel tão bem quanto a plataforma da Decolar.
Além do portfólio, você atua como hub entre o que acontece no mercado e o que a Decolar constrói internamente. Leva a voz do parceiro para produto, pricing e ops, e traz de volta iniciativas acionáveis pro campo.
Não é papel de farmer. É papel de operador comercial consultivo, com track record de resultado e autonomia para decidir sem precisar escalar cada conversa.
