Latam Sales Director For Key Accounts - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Our client has recently expanded its product offering for the data center space and is scaling rapidly across the region. ●Because of the seniority and sensitivity of this hire, the client''s identity is being kept confidential at this stage and NDAs will be required from shortlisted candidates. ●The opportunityYou''ll own the commercial strategy, business development, and sales execution for growing a portfolio of global key accounts in the date center segment within their Latin American operations. ● You''ll lead a regional team of skilled sales professionals, with P&L & topline growth targets, and act as the senior commercial voice with executive-level customers. ●This is a role for someone who can operate at the C-level with clients while building and developing a high-performing, multi-country sales organization. ●What you''ll doDefine and execute the regional sales strategy for key accounts and data center customers across Latin AmericaLead, coach, and develop sales managers and strategic account teams to hit growth and profitability targetsOwn annual sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance metricsBuild and nurture executive-level relationships, serving as the primary strategic point of contact for key accountsLead complex contract negotiations, commercial agreements, and strategic partnershipsPartner cross-functionally with marketing, services, operations, and product teams to drive growthPresent business reviews, market trends, and strategic initiatives to senior leadershipAllocate resources and investments to maximize regional performanceBuild succession and talent-development plans for the regional leadership teamWhat you''ll bringProgressive sales leadership experience in data center, telecommunications, IT, critical infrastructure, or related industries4+ years leading managers and regional sales organizationsProven track record running multi-country commercial teams across Latin AmericaDemonstrated success in key account management and complex enterprise salesStrong financial, operational, and organizational leadership skillsAdvanced English and Spanish, in addition to PortugueseWillingness to travel throughout the region (50–75%)Nice to haveExperience in multinational / matrixed organizationsMBA or relevant postgraduate degreeWhat''s on offerA senior leadership seat with regional P&L influence at a global leader with room for growth in one of the fastest-growing infrastructure sectors, a competitive executive package (base, bonus, and long-term incentives) tailored to experience. ●Interested, or want a confidential conversation before applying?
