International Assistant Recruiter - Fluent in English | Remote At Bluedot BPO Solutions , we connect top LATAM talent with high-performing U.S. teams. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Recruiter Assistant with strong English skills to support high-volume recruiting operations. This fully remote role offers daily exposure to the U.S. market and a clear growth path for professionals who want to build an international career in recruitment. What We Offer
Fixed compensation of R$3,500
100% remote , working directly with U.S. recruiting teams
Monday to Friday, 12 PM – 21 PM (BRT)

Support sourcing and pre-qualification of candidates for U.S. clients
Conduct initial screenings via calls, emails, and messages
Maintain updated databases (ATS and job boards)
Draft and update job descriptions and candidate profiles
Source talent through job boards and resume databases
Manage calendars and candidate–recruiter communication flow
Assist with administrative recruitment tasks What We’re Looking For
Advanced English (C1)— strong written and spoken communication
3+ months of experience in recruitment
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Detail-oriented, proactive, and delivery-focused
Comfortable in fast-paced environments Nice to Have
Previous experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dynamics, or other ATS
Experience in high-volume recruiting environments Technical Requirements
Two monitors
Laptop with i5/i7 (or equivalent) + 12GB RAM
High-speed internet
Headset with microphone
