Buscamos um Estagiário(a) para apoiar a área operacional regional de Energy & Power, com base no Rio de Janeiro e atuação junto aos diferentes países da América Latina. A posição terá forte interação com o time de Londres no dia a dia, apoiando o acompanhamento das demandas, controles, documentação, organização de informações e interface entre os times envolvidos nas operações da região.
Responsabilidades e Atribuições
Realizar o cadastro e a atualização de informações em sistemas internos e planilhas de controle, garantindo a integridade e a organização dos dados de apólices e submissions. Prestar suporte no atendimento a clientes e seguradoras/resseguradoras, auxiliando no esclarecimento de dúvidas e no acompanhamento de demandas técnicas. Apoiar o controle e acompanhamento das renovações de apólices, monitorando prazos e contribuindo para a continuidade dos programas de seguro. Atuar como interface entre as áreas Comercial, Técnica, Operacional e de Sinistros, acompanhando solicitações e apoiando o fluxo de informações entre as equipes. Auxiliar na elaboração de relatórios, controles e indicadores técnicos da área (submissions, placements, renovações). Dar suporte às rotinas administrativas e operacionais relacionadas ao processo de colocação e estruturação de seguros e resseguros. Contribuir para a organização de documentos (apólices, cotações, slips) e acompanhamento de processos, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos junto a seguradoras e resseguradoras.Requisitos e Qualificações
