Oportunidade: Data Quality Assurance Senior Modelo: Híbrido Dias presenciais: 3 Desafios:
Responsabilidade
Profissional com perfil técnico, data-driven, focado no desenvolvimento de processos e metodologias para extração de valor do banco de dados da companhia. A aplicação de Ciência de Dados para resolução de problemas analíticos e técnicos é a chave para o sucesso desta posição. Para isso, espera-se que o profissional seja capaz de:
• Gerar estudos, insights e criação de KPIs para controle de acurácia dos dados e apoio às estratégias de negócios;
• Direcionar de maneira propositiva ações de avaliação de qualidade de dados (referência técnica);
• Construir e manter processos de governança e qualidade de dados;
• Ter familiaridade com modelagem conceitual e física de dados;
• Certificar que os recursos de dados estão de acordo com as necessidades do negócio, garantindo a qualidade dos dados e seus metadados;
• Revisar métricas, monitorar e analisar para garantia de qualidade de dados (sem geração de impactos em migração);
• Ter visão conceitual e técnica na construção de modelos e fluxos de dados, bem como na gestão do ativo de dados em todo o seu ciclo de vida;
• Ter background em projetos e desenvolvimentos de modelagem de dados em Cloud (em especial no GCP). Conhecimento Técnico SQL (fluência na linguagem);
Python (ao menos conhecimentos básicos);
Conhecimentos relacionados às diretrizes do Framework DAMA DMBOK. Experiência 5+ anos com análise de qualidade de bancos de dados;
Senioridade na aplicação e interpretação de técnicas estatísticas (amostragem, testes de comparação de médias, conceitos de criação de variáveis, modelagem básica). Hard Skills:
