• Architect, build, and scale GenAI applications and AI platforms
• Develop ML pipelines, deploy NLP/deep learning models, and optimize performance using LoRA/QLoRA
• Build reusable frameworks for deployment, monitoring, tracing, and alerting
• Implement AI guardrails, compliance workflows, and production rollout strategies
• Work on advanced GenAI workflows including RAG, model chaining, dynamic prompting, PEFT/SFT
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver impactful AI solutions
• Mentor teams and drive best practices in ML engineering and MLOps Required Skills: Strong experience with Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS) Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, GPU optimization, and production ML systems Hands-on experience with LangChain, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search Deep understanding of Transformers, Self-Attention, and LLM fundamentals Experience with big data tools such as Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka Strong knowledge of CI/CD, testing automation, monitoring, and software engineering best practices If you are passionate about building scalable and ethical AI systems that create real business impact, wed love to connect with you. ●.
