Country Manager - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving profitable growth, leading organizational transformation, and creating long-term enterprise value. ●The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with operational excellence—someone who thinks like an investor, executes like an operator, and has a proven ability to scale businesses, lead high-performing executive teams, and deliver sustainable results. ●This role is ideal for executives with backgrounds in Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, or Management Consulting who have transitioned into senior operating leadership positions. ●Industry experience in accounting, tax, payroll, fiduciary, outsourcing, or ERP is not required. ●Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall business strategy and operations for the country. ●Drive profitable growth and commercial performance. ●Develop and execute strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency and EBITDA. ●Lead organizational transformation and change management initiatives. ●Build, coach, and develop high-performing leadership teams. ●Lead acquisitions, post-merger integrations, and business scaling initiatives. ●Design and implement scalable operating models to support future growth. ●Partner with executive leadership, the Board, and investors to execute long-term business objectives. ●Represent the company with key clients, strategic partners, and other stakeholders. ●QualificationsProven executive leadership experience managing complex organizations. ●Strong track record of driving business growth and organizational transformation. ●Experience leading acquisitions, integrations, or strategic growth initiatives. ●Demonstrated success in improving operational performance and profitability. ●Experience working with Boards of Directors and investors. ●MBA from a leading university is required. ●Preferred academic background in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. ●Languages: Advanced English (mandatory), Portuguese (preferred). ●Leadership profile, what we''re looking forThe successful candidate will demonstrate:Strategic and analytical thinkingExecutive presence and strong leadership skillsCommercial acumenExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesEntrepreneurial mindsetHigh level of accountabilityInternational business perspectiveAbility to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
