Sr T&D Analyst - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Support the creation and implementation of performance evaluation systems, career progression frameworks, and compensation structures. ●Conduct performance and competency assessments, ensuring constructive feedback and fostering an open, transparent, and communicative environment. ●Plan and promote technical training initiatives as well as personal and professional development programs. ●Organize and facilitate employee integration and engagement events. ●Develop strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, recognize and reward performance, and strengthen motivation and team commitment. ●Implement actions focused on employee well-being, health, and workplace quality of life. ●Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs and reports, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. ●Diagnose development and training needs at individual and team levels, proposing and executing tailored initiatives. ●Function-Specific Knowledge:Experience in training, preferably with an international background. ●Fluency in English is mandatory. ● Spanish is considered a strong advantage. ●Key skillsproactivity, time management, strong communication, and interpersonal relationship-building. ●Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields. ●Work LocationPresential in Itaim Bibi/SP.
