We are looking for a Senior Consultant (OTC), who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will

• Evaluate and challenge business ambitions against market trends, benchmarks, and competitive dynamics.
• Assess the current technology landscape (platforms and solutions) and identify gaps or opportunities.
• Provide strategic guidance on technology portfolio decisions, including go/no‑go recommendations.
• Design a forward‑looking portfolio of initiatives and programs through 2030.

Mandatory Skills

• Fluent English and advanced Spanish.
• Extensive experience in the Consumer Pharma / OTC industry.
• Proven track record in strategy consulting or advisory roles.
• Strong experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or portfolio management.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics in LATAM.
• Deep understanding of consumer health trends and competitive landscape.
• Ability to operate at a C‑level advisory level.

Desirable Skills

• Strategic thinking with strong analytical rigor.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management at executive level.
• Experience navigating complex, multi‑market environments.
• Experience with platform strategy or enterprise architecture.
• Prior exposure to global consumer health organizations.
• Jira.
