Wanted: Vacation Rental Revenue Manager

We're hiring a detail-oriented, numbers-driven Vacation Rental Revenue Manager to help Emperor Rentals improve pricing, occupancy, and revenue across our short-term rental portfolio.

This is a fully remote position for candidates currently based in Brazil. You'll work with property performance data, market trends, and pricing tools to help us make smarter revenue decisions every week.

Compensation:

$250 USD per week, paid weekly.

What you'll do:

- Review property performance, pricing, occupancy, ADR, and revenue trends

- Help optimize nightly rates based on seasonality, demand, events, and competitor pricing

- Build and maintain simple revenue reports and forecasts

- Track KPIs and identify opportunities to increase profitability

- Support pricing decisions across Airbnb, short-term rental, and vacation rental channels

- Communicate insights clearly and help the team make data-backed decisions

You may be a great fit if you:

- Are currently based in Brazil and can work remotely

- Are highly analytical, organized, and comfortable working with numbers

- Have strong Excel or Google Sheets skills

- Can spot patterns in data and turn them into practical recommendations

- Are detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive

- Communicate clearly and can work independently

- Are interested in hospitality, Airbnb, short-term rentals, real estate, finance, or revenue management

Nice to have:

- Experience with Airbnb, vacation rentals, hotels, property management, or revenue management

- Experience with pricing tools, market research, dashboards, or financial reporting

- Background in business, finance, economics, analytics, hospitality, or a related field
