Hr Business Partner - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Atuar como parceiro estratégico dos líderes operacionais, oferecendo suporte em temas relacionados a talentos, desempenho, estrutura organizacional, clima organizacional e necessidades das equipes. ●Garantir a cobertura completa do quadro de colaboradores aprovado, antecipando necessidades de contratação, rotatividade ou crescimento, mantendo um banco ativo de candidatos para posições críticas ou recorrentes. ●Acompanhar e monitorar a eficiência organizacional, identificando riscos, lacunas de talentos, necessidades operacionais e ineficiências que possam impactar o desempenho das equipes. ● Propor e executar ações de melhoria. ●Assegurar que os colaboradores disponham das ferramentas, informações, processos e suporte necessários para desempenhar suas funções de forma eficaz. ●Executar e acompanhar os processos-chave de Recursos Humanos, garantindo organização, rastreabilidade, conformidade e uma experiência adequada para colaboradores e líderes. ●Impulsionar iniciativas de Talent Enablement, desenvolvimento, capacitação, engajamento e comunicação interna, alinhadas às prioridades do negócio e à cultura organizacional. ●Liderar a correta execução dos processos de gestão de desempenho, incluindo ciclos de avaliação, feedback, planos de desenvolvimento, acompanhamento de compromissos e ações decorrentes. ●Analisar indicadores de talentos, desempenho, clima organizacional e operação para gerar insights, priorizar ações e apoiar a tomada de decisões. ●Conduzir com consultores externos o acompanhamento de temas legais, trabalhistas e regulatórios, incluindo documentação, políticas, auditorias, processos disciplinares e mitigação de riscos. ●Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, garantindo a disponibilidade da documentação, evidências e o cumprimento dos processos correspondentes. ●Atender consultas de colaboradores, líderes e demais stakeholders. ●Contribuir com projetos da área de People e/ou de acordo com as prioridades do negócio. ●Atuar em ambientes dinâmicos e em constante transformação, adaptando prioridades, processos e soluções de acordo com as necessidades do negócio. ●Colaborar com os times de outros países a fim de fazer melhores processos e resultados. ●Requisitos:Experiência na área de Recursos HumanosEnsino Superior em Administração ou áreas correlatasConhecimento em excel intermediárioFortes habilidades interpessoais e de comunicação (oral e escrita). ●Saber interpretar a CLT e a CCTTer trabalhado em startups ou empresas de tecnologia em crescimentoDesejável:Inglês ou espanhol fluenteExperiência com criação de políticas e procedimentos da áreaExperiência em negociações com clientes internos e terceirosSobre a vaga:Modelo de trabalho: 100% presencialAldeia Coworking - Estação: ●App. ●Goo. ●Gl/7DnF6SMoyiT1Wr53ALocal: CuritibaAmbiente internacional. ●Tipo de contrato: Tempo integral - CLT.
