Tech Lead - Detalhes da Vaga. ● O que você vai fazer no dia a diaDelegar tarefas e atribuições ao time técnico, dando apoio contínuo para evolução rápida e crescimento técnico. ●Conduzir 1:1 efetivos, acompanhando performance, desenvolvimento e alinhamento de expectativas. ●Desenvolver microserviços independentes para domínios específicos (usuário, veículo, débitos, pagamentos, etc. ●). ●Ser responsável pelo ciclo completo de desenvolvimento : do planejamento com Produto (pré-código) ao deploy, monitoramento e análise de impacto (pós-código). ●Conduzir a resolução de problemas e contribuir ativamente com desafios de tecnologia e produto, compartilhando ideias, soluções, códigos e arquiteturas. ●Aprimorar a experiência de desenvolvimento (ferramentas, cobertura de testes, estrutura de código, boas práticas). ●Liderar discussões e decisões de design de software, criando e mantendo documentação. ●Construir soluções escaláveis, sustentáveis e centradas no usuário, com mentalidade orientada por dados. ●Ajudar a organizar a arquitetura para orquestrar harmonicamente nossos serviços. ● O que estamos procurando (requisitos)Experiência sólida em liderança e gestão de time técnico. ●Proficiência em pelo menos uma linguagem e banco relacional . ●Vivência com mensageria na comunicação entre serviços. ●Experiência com APIs e integração entre sistemas. ●Perfil com sede de aprender e entregar software de alta qualidade, com decisões orientadas por dados. ● Você vai se sobressair se tiverExperiência com aplicações mobile escaláveis focadas no cliente. ●Experiência com cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure). ●Conhecimento em containers e orquestração (ex. ●: Kubernetes). ●Nosso ecossistema de tecnologia (você não precisa dominar tudo)Backend: Node. ●Js (TypeScript/Express), Python (FastAPI/Django)Mobile/Frontend: React Native (e também React/Flutter em alguns contextos)Bancos: PostgreSQL (e possíveis integrações com DynamoDB/MongoDB/Firebase)Mensageria: Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ, KinesisCache: Redis (Elasticache em alguns cenários)Observabilidade: New Relic, Grafana, CloudWatch, GCP MonitoringInfra/Deploy: Kubernetes, Cloud Functions / Lambda, CI/CD com GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, ArgoCDIaC & Segurança: Terraform, Helm, Vault/Doppler, Feature Flags (GrowthBook)Testes: Jest, Detox.
