Job Title: Regional Mass Hiring Specialist / BPO Recruiter (Freelance) Location: Remote, Brazil Contract Type : Independent Contractor (PJ setup required) About Thoth AI At Thoth AI, we are building the global data infrastructure that powers the next generation of AI. We require massive amounts of high-quality, localized data (speech, text, image) to train AI models. To achieve this, we are rapidly expanding our crowd-sourcing and freelance network across Latin America. The Role We need an agile Volume Hiring Specialist and Community Builder . Your primary mission is to build robust, down-to-earth talent pipelines to rapidly fulfill large-scale data collection and annotation projects. If you know how to generate fast candidate traffic and manage micro-vendors in LATAM, this is for you. What You Will Do High-Volume Sourcing: Execute rapid hiring cycles (e.g., sourcing 50-100 freelance data annotators/speakers within days) using traditional and non-traditional channels. Grassroots Traffic Generation: Dive deep into localized social media (Facebook groups, WhatsApp/Telegram communities), university forums, and regional gig-economy platforms to attract flexible workers. Micro-Vendor Networking: Identify and build partnerships with local BPO agencies, small translation studios, or university student unions to act as our talent sub-nodes. Fast-Paced Screening: Pre-screen large volumes of candidates for language proficiency and project availability, ensuring a seamless handover to our global delivery team. Who You Are Experience: You have a proven track record in Volume Hiring, BPO Recruitment, or Crowd-sourcing operations (experience with high-turnover/gig-worker recruitment is highly preferred). Mindset: You are a \"hands-on\" executioner, not just a strategist. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment and aren't afraid of the grind of mass hiring. Language: Bilingual in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a strong plus for covering LATAM). Prefered Setup: Established as an Independent Contractor with a registered PJ entity in Brazil. Autonomy: Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously with our Global HQ.
